Can I apply my wallpaper over old wallpaper?

This is possible, but we do not recommend it. The old wallpaper can come loose because of the new glue so that the wallpaper can't be glued neatly. It is also possible that bumps may occur due to your old wallpaper that is difficult or impossible to remove. 

Attention: there should be no unevenness on the wall.
